Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have been used by governments around the world to procure and construct infrastructural amenities. It relies on private sector expertise funding achieve this lofty objective. However, given uncertainties of project management, transparency, accountability, expropriation, phenomenon has gained tremendous attention in recent years due important role it plays curbing deficits globally. Interestingly, reasonable benefit distribution scheme a PPP is related behavior decision-making government social capital, as well performance project.
